Returns and exchanges
The Gorman online store is happy to offer customers an exchange or refund for items purchased online within 21 days from the date received. We are happy to offer and exchange or credit note for sale items. Refunds are not issued for sale or discounted items unless a manufacturers fault is found. Items must be in original condition and all tags must remain in place.
If you wish to receive a refund or exchange your item(s) please choose from the two options below:
Return/Exchange by Post
All deliveries are issued with an Online Store Returns Form. This must be completed and sent back with your return, along with your receipt to:

Once the item(s) have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase (excluding original shipping cost). Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
Exchange at a store
Gorman will exchange online purchases for 'change of mind' reasons at any store within 21 days of purchase. The online receipt and the purchase credit card are required when making an exchange. Please note that Gorman stores can exchange items purchased online but are unable to issue refunds. Refunds can only be processed by the online store.
If your item is faulty please contact us on (03) 8420 0336 or email us at gormanonline@gorman.ws and we will send an express post satchel for you to return the faulty item. Once the item has been received we will happily issue you with a full refund.
