Returns and exchanges

The Gorman online store is happy to offer customers a refund / exchange / or a 110% online credit for items purchased online. 110% online credit option is only available for items purchased at full price. Alternatively, you can exchange your online purchase at one of our boutiques.

What is a 110% store credit?

Found something you love, but it’s not quite right.
Select 110% Online credit as your return option and we’ll send you an online credit voucher via email for 100% of your original purchase, plus a bonus 10% to use on your next purchase. A 110% online credit it only valid on full price item’s and they must be returned within 21 days of receiving the product. 110% online credits are valid for three months.

Please note the following exceptions:

There are no refunds/credit exchange on sale items; this includes all discounted items, items purchased through promotions and special offers, but we are happy to exchange them.

In the absence of any fault, we do not exchange or refund hosiery, cosmetics, hair accessories, earrings, underwear or swimwear due to reasons of hygiene.

Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) received are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage costs will be incurred by Gorman Online. Please contact customer service to organise reply paid postage.

To obtain an Exchange and/or Refund you must meet the following return conditions:
1. Item(s) must be returned within 21 days of receipt
2. Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed and in the original saleable condition with all tags attached
3. The tax invoice must be provided as proof of purchase

Return/Exchange by Post

All deliveries are issued with an Online Store Returns Form. This must be completed and sent back with your return, along with your receipt to:

Once the item(s) have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange) or a refund for the cost of the purchase (excluding original shipping costs). Refunds will be issued directly to the account used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. Please ensure to post your item in a tracked parcel, as we are not responsible for any item that is lost in transit.

Exchange at a store

Gorman will exchange online purchases for 'change of mind' reasons at any store within 21 days of purchase. The online receipt and the purchase credit card are required when making an exchange. Please note that Gorman stores can exchange items purchased online but are unable to issue refunds. Refunds can only be processed by the online store.

If your item is faulty please contact us on (03) 8420 0336 or email us at gormanonline@gorman.ws and we will send an express post satchel for you to return the faulty item. Once the item has been received we will happily issue you with a full refund.
