Returns and exchanges
The Gorman online store is happy to offer customers a refund / exchange / 110% online credit/ or an online credit for total of order. 110% online credit option is only available for items purchased at full price. We do not offer 110% online credit on sale item's/promotional items. However, if you purchase a sale item, we are happy to offer an online credit for the total of your order. Alternatively, you can exchange your online purchase at one of our boutiques. There is no refund on sale items/promotional items, however we are happy to offer an online credit or exchange sale items.
What is a 110% store credit? Found something you love, but it’s not quite right. Select 110% Online credit as your return option and we’ll send you an online coupon code for 100% of your original purchase, plus a bonus 10% to use on your next purchase. A 110% online credit it only valid on full price item’s and is valid for 3 months.
Please keep in mind
In absence of any fault, we do not exchange or refund hosiery, cosmetics, hair accessories, earrings, underwear or swimwear due to reasons of hygiene.; this includes all discounted items, items purchased through promotions and special offers, but we are happy to exchange them.
Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) received are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage costs will be covered by us. Please contact our customer service team to organise pre paid postage.

Exchange at a store Gorman hopes you love your new purchase, however if something is not quite how you imagined, we are happy for you to exchange your online purchase at any of our Boutiques (excluding clearance stores and David Jones). Please note, a refund or credit cannot be created in store.
Exchange for alternative item(s)
If you would like to exchange your item, please return it back to us with a self addressed post bag (If this is not included, postage fee will be charged to the credit card that was used for the original purchase). Please specify which alternative item(s) you would like instead. Your exchange will be shipped upon availability. We will email you with a tracking number once your item has been dispatched. In the event the item you request is sold out, we will provide you with an online credit.
A refund will be applied back into the credit card used for the original transaction. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
Gorman will not credit customs and duties paid on your order; this must be pursued by customers within their own jurisdictions.
Buy 2, Get 3rd Free Promotion - Terms and Conditions
RefundsThere are NO refunds on any items purchased with 'Buy 2, Get 3rd Free' promotion.
- If the 'free item' cannot be sourced, we will issue you an online only credit note for thew value of that item.
- If a paid item cannot be sourced we will issue a refund for the value of that item.
ExchangeCustomers are entitled to exchange items paid for (not the free item(s)).
Online creditsCustomers are entitled to online credits for items paid for (not the free item(s)).

Passed Season Shoes
We do not currently accept returns for change of mind on Gorman Passed Season Shoes. If however, you receive an item that is faulty or we have not delivered what you ordered, you can return these products and receive a refund. You can register your intention to return by emailing our Customer Service Team or calling on (03) 8420 0305 (between 9am and 8pm AEST Monday to Friday and 10am - 5pm Saturday) who will provide you with a self-addressed satchel for you to return the faulty item. Once the item has been received we will happily issue you with a full refund.
All shoes have passed though our quality control process however, due to being ex-display they may include some of the following but not limited to: scuffed soles, taped up boxes, black markings on boxes, no internal tissue wrapping. These are reflective of our prices and any of the above will not deem the product as faulty.
