I love indigo and all things blue. I also love a spot of vintage and I adore tan coloured leather. So when the Queen Bee of Gorman, Lisa G called me to consider a sneaker collab, I was ready.

So there are four varieties of Shibori in these kicks. There are two detachable rosettes that can be worn on your jumper/jacket or bag as well as on the sides of the sneakers. They come in their own dust jacket ombréd bag. And because we know you like things to be special, there are four laces included. Ombré dipped ones, tan leather laces and super cute with that little bit of quirk vintage blue and white ones from the United States of America! But do t get me wrong these kicks are apart from the third laces all Australian, made at the Shibori class on offer at my school in Sydney. I love them and only wish I was a size 38! Thank you Gorman you've made one of my high top dreams come true! Hope they end up with someone who loves them as much as I loved making them.

We have also added in spare yo-yos (made out of vintage handkerchiefs and shibori scraps so you can make your own rosette detailing.

materials: shibori technique, vintage handkerchiefs
